Well renovated and furnished, this 31 sqm studio on the 4th floor with a large veranda, promises to make you relax and enjoy Athens all day while coming back to a quiet environment, with good amenities for your comfort!

It's a step away from the Koukaki area, just cross the main Calirhoe Avenue, while you face the museum of Modern Art of Athens. The metro and tram station of Syggrou Fix is across to the left, 3 minutes from the flat.

The Space:
Our guests will have at their sole use and convenience, the while flat and the spacious veranda to enjoy!

The Neighborhood:
Neos Kosmos is a very interesting area, residential yet busy and close to everything! The metro and tram station, the modern art museum and so much more!

Getting Around:
From the airport, take the Agia Marina metro, every 30-60 minutes. (Careful past 11pm ONLY the X95 bus is available 24hrs). Change at Syntagma hub station and head towards Elliniko. Get off 2 stop further at Syggrou Fix stop. Walk across the other side and our street is the last one before the main intersection!

You can also use the tram that stopa very close to the metro too!
