terrace at the front: The ground floor (pool level) offers a spacious
and airy living room with a sofa and kitchen/dining area. Upstairs
there are 2 bedrooms - 1 double master bedroom and 1 double bedroom
both offering breathtaking views to the sea. The master bedroom has en
suite bathroom and there is a separate bathroom on this level. Internal
stairs lead down to the lower ground level where the third bedroom
sleeps 3 persons with en suite bathroom. This room also has a separate
entrance with steps leading up to the pool level.
Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free WIFI. There are patio doors to
the pool terrace with Garden sea views.
Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
