A brand new swimming pool is ready for use from March till the end of October to enjoy relaxing and refreshing moments during your stay.

Gennadi Serenity Villa created with taste and unlimited view, was constructed specifically for your pleasant stay. It is a seafront 2-bedroom villa, bright with plenty of natural light, clean and spacey, in front of a beautiful and quiet, almost private beach in the peaceful area of Gennadi in South Rhodes. Perfect for family and friends who want to enjoy summer life next to the beach in one of the most beautiful locations in the South of Rhodes.

Gennadi Serenity Villa can accommodate up to 7 people, in 2 separate bedrooms fully air conditioned. One bedroom with a king-size double bed, a second bedroom with two big single beds and a very big sofa in the living room which can be turned into a double bed. A fold out bed is at your disposal. You can set it up in the bedroom or the living room. With this addition the villa can accommodate up to 7 people comfortably.
Inside the villa has an open -plan living design that provides a bright airy, sunny environment. This area includes a comfortable living room with a double sofa-bed, a dining area and a sitting area with a flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including refrigerator/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and all necessary small and large electrical appliances) for preparing any meals you want.
The bathroom consists of a WC, a large shower cabin and a washing machine. Of course we offer all essential toiletries and towels for your stay.

In addition, the villa benefits from 3 air-conditioning units which are included in the price and a safe so you can enjoy your vacations without worrying about your valuables.
Outdoors, the villa features a large private garden with BBQ facilities, outdoor seating areas and private parking. It also has a fantastic, seafront, private balcony with outdoor furniture where you can relax overlooking the Mediterranean sea!
Free wireless internet, private parking area, air conditioning in every bedroom and in the living room and barbecue facilities are provided.

We will be waiting for you in the villa for your arrival (despite the time, even after midnight) in order to help you with the villa details and give you as much information as you want about the area, taverns, shops, places and beaches that you have to visit!Finally we will be there for your departure for our last thank you!
I will always be available to contact me either by phone or email to answer any questions you might have about the property and in the summer months I will meet you personally. When I'm not there,a relative of mine will be expecting you on the spot in order to deliver the keys , show you around the property and help you with anything you might need. His contact details will be sent immediately to you after your booking.

Visit Prasonisi – the famous windsurfing and kite surfing beach which is at the southern tip of the island. Prasonisi is a fascinating place for both surf lovers and non-surfers to visit as it is where the Aegean and the
Mediterranean sea meet. Visitors will be amazed at the scenery which this creates as one sea is calm and the other is rough.

Gennadi Serenity villa is also just a couple of minutes’ drive from the beautiful, Gennadi beach which is well known for the traditional Greek tavernas that are dotted along its front.

The most famous beach of the island(St. Paul's beach in Lindos) is only 20 km from the villa- a 15 minute drive.

Discover South West Rhodes – take a trip over to the West coast where you will be taken aback by the spectacular beauty of the views from Monolithos Castle. Stop at Sianna to sample the delicious Olive Oil, Souma and Rhodian Honey. Just driving through this area is a joy with its breathtaking scenery.
