The whole complex was completely renovated in 2019. Houses/apartments 3 and 4 are on the first and ground floor. They both have a minimal design and have been decorated to the highest standard.
The house/apartments are ideal for 2 families or a large group of friends. The property is in the area of Koundouros and is 400 meters from the beach of Koundouraki, which has sunbeds, umbrellas, a cafe/bar and water sports. Koundouros has 6 sandy beaches, two of them organized with umbrellas and sunbeds. Koundouros also has a mini market and three restaurants. Pisses, which is 5 minutes from Koundouros has a large mini market and 2 restaurants.
