4. Smoking & Substances

The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
5. Facilities Usage
Treat all furniture, appliances, and amenities with care.
Pool and outdoor facilities must not be used after 12:00 Am, out of respect for all guests and for safety reasons.
6. Pets
Pets are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances.
7. Noise & Respect
Quiet hours are observed from 12:00 Am to 12:00 Pm.
Kindly avoid loud music or disruptive behavior to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
8. Payment & Deposits
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
