The house is set in a great location that is easy walking distance to cafes, beaches and shops, and Peel Estuary.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 living areas, a renovated kitchen and great outdoor spaces, suitable for entertaining.
Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a large family size dining table and extra chairs, kids play area, reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan. It opens out onto a covered outdoor area with BBQ and outdoor setting, and an outdoor shower for washing down after a trip to the beach.
3 bedrooms downstairs, each with a ceiling fan. 2 bedrooms are doubles, 1 bedroom has bunk beds.
There is a family bathroom downstairs, shower only. Laundry with washing machine and separate toilet are downstairs.
Also downstairs at the other end of the house is a games room which has a double sofa bed, pool table, dart board, smart TV and loads of boards games and books, as well as a reverse cycle air conditioner.
Upstairs is another living/dining area with reverse cycle air conditioner, ceiling fan, smart TV, kitchenette, separate bathroom and toilet and a queen bedroom.
The upstairs living area opens out onto a generous deck with a view to the whole large family backyard, with established gardens, lawn and swings for kids.
The front yard is also kid friendly with a sandpit and toys and is fully fenced.
There are several cafes and restaurants nearby and a tavern, shopping centre and fast food outlets, all within walking distance of the property. Also nearby is a fantastic golf course and the Peel Estuary for crabbing and boating.
This home has been in the family for generations, lived in and loved by different family members over the years.
