Surrounded by a pine forest, very close to the fine, almost private sandy beach, idyllic and secluded is the holiday home Philippos with a total of 3 flats. The holiday home is surrounded by a large, unspoilt plot of land with olive and orange trees on a gentle slope above Fteroti Bay. From the terrace and the garden of the house you have a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby small islands of Amouliani and Diaporos. On the ground floor of the holiday home there are two adjoining flats, Philippos 1 and 2, each with its own side entrance.The upper floor flat is used for other purposes.
Bright, friendly and tastefully furnished holiday flat Philippos 2, with direct access to the terrace and garden. Adjacent to the living/dining room is the open-plan kitchen area with a view of the sea and the garden. Next to it are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
