The Chalet Iris is an independent and autonomous chalet of 80 s.q.m that can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of two floors and the access to the upper floor is from the internal staircase, where there are two bedrooms with two single beds and can accommodate up to 4 people. On the lower floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with the dining room in an open plan area, the living room where 2 people can be accommodated on the sofa which can be used as a bed by the fireplace. Downstairs is the bathroom.
Each house has a courtyard that in the spring and summer months you can enjoy a delicious coffee or tea along with the tweet of the birds or the deafening silence of the forest listening only to the light rustling of the leaves. If you are adventurous enough and fond of the winter seasons, you can enjoy the snowy landscape, sipping a warm cognac or a hot chocolate.
We have a variety of local products such as mountain tea, trahana, difference herbs, homemade jams, honey. Our products offer them with much love, try them for a journey of flavors in the nostalgic years of the village. You can enjoy warm family moments while outside the cold and the air will be particularly noticeable-you will be next to the warmth of a warm and beautiful house. HOUSE RULES:
1) No smoking is allowed inside of the house.
2) No pets allowed.
3) Parties and festivities of any kind are prohibited.
4) Quiet hours are between 15.00 and 17.00 pm.
5) The guests are kindly requested to use the fireplace with caution, because the amount of wood is not unlimited. The fireplace has to be under constant supervision while it is lit and when it is off, to make sure that safety rules are applied, so that there will be no chance of causing damages.
OTHER NOTES
1-During the winter there is a chance of heavy snowfall in the area. For your comfort and safety please check the weather before arriving. Make sure you have in the car the necessary chains for your safe movement of cash if access to an ATM is not feasible. If you are taking any medication make sure you have the necessary amount for urgent cases.
2-Upon arrival, a partner will be waiting for you to hand over the keys to the house and tell you about its functions. It may also suggest some activities and places to visit. Our presence is very discreet, however, we are always at your disposal for anything you need. (whatsapp / viber)
3-If you wish to use the fireplace, please let us know to provide the appropriate quantity. (wood for fireplace is charge per bag). For your safety make sure the flame is completely extinguished before leaving the house. The supervision and safety of minors is your responsibility.
