It is situated within 10 minutes drive of the villages of Loggos, Lakka and Paxos with their shops and restaurants and there is a restaurant within 15 minutes walk (only in the high season - July and August). Paxos is accessed by ferry/ hydrofoil about an hour away from Corfu and is the perfect island to explore, being only 7km long. Boats can be hired from each of the ports for those looking for a bit of adventure and day trips to the secluded island of Anti Paxos are accessible from Gaios. Smoking - not allowed.
