Aegean Beauty is part of the complex “Aegean Villas” which include two villas in total, each of them with separate facilities and private pools.
Newly constructed (2023) luminous and elegantly decorated villa is thoughtfully integrated into rural surroundings. The architectural structure of the building allows light to come inside and the amazing views from the swimming pool area and the balconies are ideal for relaxing.
Exterior
Built on a field of 4000m2, the outdoor area of Aegean Beauty is wonderful; with lush gardens, trees and olive groves offering superb views to the sea, truly a paradise for the eyes.
A private swimming pool makes it an ideal place to relax for the whole day. Its size is 3,80 x 7,50m and a depth of 1,50m. A children's swimming pool with a size of 3,50 x 5m and a depth of 20cm is available as well for our younger guests.
The outdoor dining table by the pool with a delightful view of the Cretan landscape and sea are ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner feeling the aromas of Cretan nature.
The villa comes with a gas barbecue so you can prepare your own meals and enjoy the healthy and popular Mediterranean cuisine of Crete.
The open market in Rethymno city is the place to find high quality traditional products to use for your own creations.
Layout of Aegean Beauty:
Aegean beauty is a true gem. The more spacious villa between the two offers 170m2 of living space arranged over 2 floors.
With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this large lodging, can accommodate up to 9 people.
Entering the house from the main entrance to the main floor, the modern open plan living room, kitchen and dining room welcome you! The kitchen is fully equipped and can provide all the comforts for everyday use.
A large bedroom with a double bed (1.60x2.00m) with a sofa that can turn into a bed, can accommodate up to 3 people. Next to this bedroom is a bathroom with bathtub.
The ground floor has another bedroom, like a separate apartment, next to the living room. This small apartment has a kitchen, a dining table, a double bed (1.60x2.00m) and an en-suite bathroom with shower. It can be separated from the rest of the house if more privacy is needed.
On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
On the same floor there is a small living room with a desk to work and a sofa that can be turned into a double bed for two more people.
The view of the sea is spectacular from most of the windows around the house.
