Positive: Lovely room, aircon...read later! Hotel design was highend. All reception, bar especially waiting staff & pool staff were very efficient and friendly.

Negative: Aircon in our room was broken. When on it sounded as if a waterfall was cascading into the TV. Hotel sent handyman who was not an aircon engineer. Told the aircon was a problem and needed an engineer. Which was a problem as no engineer available. Guess what, it was never fixed! Our room was near the reception so we could hear arrivals and luggage and breakfast clatter. Maybe a door could be placed in the the corridor between reception and these bedrooms. Pool was very cold. I know we are in Greece. It is classed as 5 star! Music played by the pool & bar awful. Warning no shuttle is run by hotel to Naussa. Order your own taxi as half the cost that hotel charges. Warning: Hotel is a good 20min walk from Naussa on a busy unlit road.

Summary: 'Nice' bit out of town.
