Summary: Room was too small and at night the noise coming from the next door striptease joint (Kinky Cabaret) was really awful. The neighboring buildings were in bad condition, eventhough we felt safe walking late at night. As the hostess told us the first night we arrived: "What else do you expect? This is a 3 star hotel".... that explains it all.
