"Villa Aeriko" is a modern and spacious accommodation of 78 m2 on two levels (ground floor and 1st floor) with large terraces and gardens of endemic plants, with unobstructed mountain and sea views and at a distance of 2 minutes on foot from the central beach is the perfect place for people who want to explore the south of the island.
The house is equipped with air conditioning (on both floors), TV (with Netflix), washing machine, board games, books, wi-fi.
The ground floor consists of an open kitchen with all amenities: oven, refrigerator, table and all the appliances you may need for breakfast, lunch, dinner (coffee maker, mixer, kettle, toaster, etc.). On the same floor there is one of the three bedrooms with a comfortable bunk bed and wardrobe, one of the two toilets with hot water 24 hours a day and a spacious living room, two sofas that can also be used as a single beds, as well as a fireplace for the cold winter nights.
