Our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 parking space townhouse is located in a quiet gated community within walking distance of one of WA’s finest beaches. Our home by the beach has been much loved and is being passed on for you to enjoy what Rockingham has to offer. With a short walk (<500m) to the local beach, cafes, restaurants and larger shopping complexes, it's the ideal spot to kick back, spend time on the beach, and enjoy your time away. For our boat/fishing lovers, we are 750m away from Val St jetty, which is commonly known as Rockingham jetty and 1.5km away from Palm Beach jetty.
If you're looking for something more than just the beach for a day, then you're positioned in a prime location to travel to places including (but not limited to): Perth's Wildlife Encounter, Perth's Wake Park, Shoalwater Islands Marine Park, Rebound Arena Indoor Trampoline Center, Rockingham Museum, Peel Estate Wines & Whitelakes Brewing (much needed for parents/adults)!
We have provided Netflix, 7Plus, 9Now, 10Play for your enjoyment during the evenings as well as books and a range of games to get the family/friends involved.
