The Space:
The luxurious two-storey villa is fully equipped to provide guests with the utmost comfort and luxury during their stay. The ground floor features a large living room with a fireplace, a piano, and a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a camping bed that can accommodate one person.
On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to six guests, along with two bathrooms and a separate WC. The villa also features a large courtyard with a swimming pool, where guests can swim and unwind, as well as a garden where they can relax with a coffee or a drink.
Younger guests will find plenty of entertainment with the games in the garden, while adults can take advantage of the on-site fitness hall for physical exercise. The lounge is also equipped with a piano and a large library of history and culture books, offering guests the perfect opportunity to unwind and relax.
Please note that adult visitors are responsible for supervising minors and ensuring their safe use of all the property's spaces, including the swimming pool.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house, including the courtyard, garden, and swimming pool. They are also free to use the on-site gym and the piano in the lounge to their heart's content. We want our guests to feel at home and enjoy all the amenities we have to offer during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
The luxurious villa is situated on the slopes of Verga and is within walking distance of the nearby Vergas beach, which is just 1km away (3 minutes by car). Within a radius of 1km, there are mini markets, traditional fishing taverns, and bars where you can experience the nightlife of the area. There are also many beautiful beaches within a short distance, such as Almyros, Little Mantineia, the long beach of Kalamata, and the sandy beach of Santovas. The nearest beach is just 1.1km away (3 minutes by car).
If you travel to Kalamata (6km), a modern town with a 3.5km long beach, you can visit the Venetian castle, museums, walk in the streets of the historic center and the large park with the award-winning open-air museum of trains. Kalamata's International Airport is also just 15km away.
We highly recommend daily trips to nearby attractions, such as Ancient Messina (40km) and Ancient Thourias (20km) to experience the ancient Greek culture. You can also visit the medieval castle town of Mystras (58km) and Sparta (62km) through a unique beauty route on the slopes of Taigetos.
Another option is an excursion to western Messinia, including Polylimnio (42km), the picturesque Pylos (60km), Methoni (68km), and Koroni (60km) with their medieval castles, the well-known beach of Voidokilia (64km), and the wetland of Gialova (66km).
If you want to explore more, you can visit the characteristic villages of Mani, such as Kardamili (30km) with its medieval fortress, tourist Stoupa (34km), the picturesque fishing villages of Agios Nikolaos (37km), Agios Dimitrios (40km) and reach the unique beauty of Diros Cave (86km). Finally, you can also visit Ancient Olympia (119km) and the ancient theater of Epidavros (185km), which are a bit further away but definitely worth the trip
Getting Around:
Accessing our villa is very easy with a car, and there is free parking available in the area for our guests. However, if you prefer not to drive, getting around is also possible by taxi. The transportation rates are quite low, making it an affordable and convenient option for our guests. Whether you choose to drive or take a taxi, you will have no trouble reaching all the nearby attractions and beaches.
Other Things to Note:
It is important to note that the use of the pool is only allowed under adult supervision. For safety reasons, children should never be left unattended around the pool area. We want our guests to enjoy their stay to the fullest, and ensuring the safety of all our guests is of utmost importance to us.
