Brand new AC units on both levels that keeps the living space very comfortable. The house sits one block from the Marina and the Beach. There are also 6-7 restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Perfectly located in the village of La Playita. This house was renovated to give you all the amenities of home with the comforts of a high end resort. The house has 2 levels each having its own living space with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and living room. With a sleeping capacity of 8 its perfect for large groups or families or if two couples want to rent it out, you will both have plenty of your own space. Its perfectly suits many different groups needs. The entire house is equipped with smart TV's and WiFi for your use. You will have everything you need to cook any meal you want in either kitchen. There is a BBQ on the 2nd floor patio for your use. There is also a beautiful rooftop patio area with a nice pergola to spend time on. Dinner or drinks on the roof while taking in the beautiful views of the Ocean, Marina, Mountains, and City is a nice way to end the day. Guests will have access to the entire property. There is also a laundry area for guest to use. . Other things to note Marina Casita is a newly renovated house located right next to the beautiful Puerto Los Cabos Marina in the La Playita fishing village. With its close location to the Marina as well as the beach, it makes this house a perfect place to stay. There are restaurants and other amenities located within a very short walking distance. You can walk down to the beach and spend the day or walk to the marina and catch a boat for a day of fishing. There are tons of activities to do close to the house. Boating, fishing, diving, spas, diving, surfing, golf, and Baja adventures are all available close by.
