Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Did not have breakfast. Somewhat convenient to airport. Your representative arranged a taxis for us to airport at 4:30 in morning. Great customer service.

Negative: Due to change in ferry schedule, we missed first night of our stay. Hotel advised they could not refund our prepaid room for that one night. We stayed the second night, but did get into room early.

Summary: Overall good experience!
