It is a ground-floor house, 130 sqm with a 30 square meter swimming pool and a neat and stylish decoration, able to accommodate up to six people, and if necessary up to seven, just 9 km from the center of Rethymno. Villa Excecio is the ideal choice for all of you who want the tranquility of the countryside, but very close to all points of interest.
Villa Excecio has three elegantly decorated bedrooms for total relaxation. There is one bedroom with a double bed and two more bedrooms with two single beds each. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes, a mirror, and air conditioning, and have direct access to the outside area. Guests will find in the living room a fireplace and comfortable sofas, a 42-inch smart TV, a comfortable dining room for six people, and a fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances and all the necessary items for preparing and serving your meals.
Villa Excecio has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and washing machine, and the other with a shower.
