As part of the Four Seasons Residence Club, you will be a Four Seasons Hotel guest on the hotel property, the same as all other hotel guests. When booked and confirmed, you will get a DIRECT WRITTEN CONFIRMATION from the Four seasons Hotel.
About the location:
Punta Mita is a quaint gated community located about 45 miles north of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Once you enter the gates you will realize that you have ben transported to another world.

The Four Seasons Residence Club Punta Mita includes several free-standing buildings within the resort, and each unit includes its own private infinity pool.
Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit has expansive views of the Pacific Ocean. The unit has over 3,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space and accommodates 8+ people.
Amenities include an incredible plunge pool, outdoor gas grill, kitchen with Subzero and Wolf appliances, 2 master bedroom suites (that include a secluded outdoor shower oasis), and one guest bedroom with two beds. There are flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living room. The unit also features a washer/dryer, free wireless high speed internet and more.
Resort Amenities:
Pools & Beaches - There are 3 pool areas. The largest is the Nuna Pool, an infinity pool with spectacular ocean and beach views. Near the residence club, the adult-only 'quiet pool” has music piped underwater and features luxury cabanas available for rent. Lastly, the lazy river is fun for families and adults alike and is located next to the Residence Club buildings.
Separated by a rock jutting out to the sea, the activities beach provides sailing, kayaking, fishing and snorkeling while Las Manzanillas Beach provides a nice, long peaceful stretch of sand.
Golf - Preferred tee times available to residence club owners at the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course, rated the number one golf resort in the world by Condé Nast Traveler in 2006 and 2008.
Dinning - 3 Resort restaurants: Aramara (signature), Ketsi & Bahia Ocean Grill and 2 Pool bars. Nearby the resort the concierge can direct you to one of the several excellent restaurants appropriate for all occasions.
Spa - The world-renowned Apuane Spa provides a wide variety of treatments.
Fitness Center - Free for guests, the fitness center is large and fully loaded. After your workout, you can enjoy a lovely steam or sauna.
Tennis - Located near the golf clubhouse, the Four Seasons tennis facilities include two hard courts and two synthetic grass courts. All are illuminated for night play.
Residence Club Services - Four Seasons Owner Services will assist in the planning of your trip, including the stocking of your kitchen with groceries in advance of your arrival. In addition, tee times, spa appointments and dinner reservations can also be planned in advance.
Kids for All Seasons - Four Season's 'Kids for All Seasons' program is available for children between the ages of 5 and 12, and provides a variety of activities and lessons.
