Summary: Food was amazing, excellent options especially for vegetarians. Rooms were old school but comfortable. Cleanliness of the room wasn’t 100 per cent. Each day I had to ask for fresh towels and to change the sheets, it wasn’t done automatically. Staff were exceptional, so helpful and fun and nice to the kids. The lack of air conditioning in the common areas and also the kids club was an issue. Also eating at the pool bar was often extremely hot and there was no air ventilation. The hotel is amazing but they need to work on the lack of air conditioning especially in summer. The rooms were stocked with alot of storage. Lovely atmosphere, the vibe was really relaxed and fun. Amazing guests and overall we loved our stay.
