This recently renovated, lovely small traditional house, located in a 700 m2 private vineyard, is fully furnished and equipped. The property, situated at the end of the picturesque village of Apollonia on Sifnos Island, offers absolute calm & relaxation. This perfect location combines privacy, peace and a panoramic view of the nearby villages and the Aegean Sea, yet is only 5 minutes away from the center of Apollonia with its shops, restaurants, supermarket etc. An ideal spot for family holidays!
Built of traditional stone, the house stays cool all summer. It has two sleeping areas, which can accommodate a total of 5 persons: A large room contains a set of bunk beds and a single bed, while a smaller room contains a large double bed. There is also a living room with an open plan kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with all the necessary kitchen and dishware (of traditional local pottery), cutlery, towels, bed and table linens, etc.
There is a large paved terrace at the front of the house, complete with vine-draped pergola and a beautiful view of the Aegean and the villages of Artemonas and Kato Petali; to the side, a spacious, shady courtyard is perfect for breakfast or just lying in the hammock. The 700 sq.m. vineyard also contains oleanders, myrtles and jasmine, olive, pomegranate and almond trees, and a fig tree with delicious figs, just begging to be picked. Bay, basil, geranium and rosemary plants perfume the air and add color to the courtyard.
