Comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (combined with laundry) house situated on the hill just 5 minutes south of Kalbarri town. A perfect place as a Adults Retreat & has recently been painted throughout and all new vetical blinds added. Both rooms have a Queen bed. Reverse cycle air-con in living area, ceiling fans in bedrooms. TV and DVD player in lounge. Oven, stove top, microwave and fridge/freezer in well stocked kitchen. Washing machine.
Undercover parking and plenty of room for a boat. Under cover Outdoor area with BBQ. This property is surrounded by a natural bush setting. Emu's & Kangaroo's quite often stroll by. This property is now fenced all round and includes a large gate you can close to keep the emus and kangaroos out if you wish.
PLEASE NOTE THE TOILET IS SITUATED OUTSIDE (UNDER MAIN HOUSE ROOF)

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
