On a flat, natural plot, the location of this house offers unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, the sea and Messenian Bay as far as the Peloponnese coast opposite. The detached house with two flats, one above the other, is surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean plants. The rear entrance via an external staircase leads through the kitchen into the spacious, bright and tastefully furnished living/dining room of the holiday flat. The living/dining room leads onto the wrap-around, covered terrace with beautiful views of the sea. In the separate laundry room right by the outside staircase is the washing machine for guests' private use.
The nearby picturesque town of Koroni, with its lovely harbour, tavernas and cafés, offers a nice change from the peaceful surroundings of the Kallista Livadakia holiday flat.
