The duplex house is located outside the village of Iria, directly at the beach with a wide and free view of bay, the blue sea and the opposite coast of Arcadia. We arrange rental of the right half of the duplex house KOSTIS which is located just a few steps away from the beach. A walk across the garden, through the garden gate and you are at the lonely sand and gravel beach. The spacious holiday house with an enclosed garden property is ideal for families with children.
The two-storey house KOSTIS is bright, friendly and functionally furnished. On elevated ground floor (approx. 6 stairs) there is the living-/dining-room with adjoining half open kitchen, 1 bedroom and the guest toilet. From the living room you have direct access to the roofed terrace facing the sea. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms with a shared bath. From both bedrooms you have direct access to a terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the garden.
This is an ideal holiday accommodation for people who want to spend a casual beach holiday close to sea and nature. But even if you are on a beach holiday you should not miss to pay a visit to the remains of the Greek Antiquity, since there are so many ancient sites close by - the famous theatre of Epidavros with the belonging bath and spa, Schliemann´s excavations in Mycenae, the remains of the palace of Tyrins. Don’t worry, we are not imposing a program on you. There is plenty of time to enjoy the sea view, beautiful sunsets, strolling through the village and spend relaxing evenings at the seaside.
