Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Loved the extremely friendly staff service, professionalism and range of services offered. Room and facilities were clean and nice. Comfortable lobby & bar area, and breakfast was delicious. The roof top pool and sauna were brilliant and with great views. The location is also very central as well. Ability to check in early was also fantastic after a long trip.

Negative: Minor aspects that did not detract from the overall experience. Pool temp was a little bit too cold, esp for the time of year, and opening times could have been made earlier. Coffee and tea facilities in room could have been broadened (e.g., pod coffee machine).

Summary: A wonderfully convenient, lovely and friendly hotel in the city with good facilities & service
