GUEST HOUSE:
4 people can be housed in the Guest House with 2 x Queen beds. A 2 storey retreat that is separate from the main house, however accessible via a covered walkway.
This lovely 2 bedroom apartment can be used as an extension for your family's holiday.
The Guest House is fully self-contained with its own downstairs bathroom & the kitchenette is supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a fridge/freezer, coffee machine, convection microwave, double portable hot plate, blender and electric frypan.
There is a covered patio area and outdoor table setting so you can relax watching the local kangaroos having their evening meal on the lawn. A washer/dryer is also a welcome addition for guests.
* Please Note: Very high & narrow internal staircase is not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility issues.
* The bedroom upstairs is an open loft style room with no door. The other bedroom is downstairs with a door. The bathroom/toilet is downstairs.
Important Information:
• Only suitable for children 12 yrs and older due to water safety concerns
• No fishing or swimming allowed in the lake
• Strictly no Leavers/Schoolies bookings, parties, or pets
• Not suitable for those with mobility issues due to internal stairs
• Outside fires prohibited for fire safety reasons
• Minimum stay: 3 nights (standard), 5-7 nights (peak/school holidays)
