It's about a luxury maisonette (3-floor apartment 80sq m), 1 minute walk (30m!!!) from a sandy beach in Gerakini, Sithonia, fully equipped with modern furniture and devices necessary for the guests to feel like home.
The Maisonette can accommodate up to 7 people, is bright and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 wc, private barbeque and parking lot for guests coming with a car.
All the floors are connected with indoor stairs and all the rooms have mosquito nets.

The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room, WC (with washing machine) and two terasses (1 with sea-view and barbeque and 1 with view to the road).
