Newly built at the end of 2019 this impressive villa sleeps 12/14 guests in fully air conditioned and stylish interiors that were designed for your comfort and furnished to a very high standard. Distributed over one level the property offers 6 spacious bedrooms (4 double/2 twin) all with satellite TV and en-suite bathrooms and a lounge with adjoining fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The lounge has 2 single sofa beds and satellite TV and big patio doors that open out to the large inviting front terrace, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the Meditteranean Sea. There is an extra shower room accessed from the lounge area which is ideal for any additional guests that maybe using the sofa beds as this also provides them with a private bathroom. The outside areas are completely fenced with a gate that takes you straight to the beach, to the side there's a children's playground to keep the young ones entertained and the enclosed patio is perfectly furnished with sunbeds, shades, rattan sofas, a dining table, built-in barbecue and of course a fabulous private pool for your enjoyment.
