The home is 4 beds and 4 bathrooms of modern elegance with a gorgeous kitchen ready for your own creations or our private chef (optional) to create delectable meals for you.
The infinity pool is the star of the show with plenty of room for everybody to lay out and enjoy the sun and succulent mountain air.
The home sits on 80 acres in the heart of Jamao but is only 15 minutes from the beach and world class surfing and kite surfing.
On the property you will find hiking trails, clay pools, fire pits, a yoga deck, and even a trampoline for your enjoyment. You can also connect with nature visiting our organic farm and interacting with cows, horses, and chickens (if you desire).

Things to keep in mind about our house:
There might be issues with the wifi, we cannot guarantee it always works because the provider has had very rare outages in the past that we could not fix in the house and they took days to resolve. If the internet does go out and you have to get online we can provide suggestions for local cafes with access.
The Pool is outdoors and there is always a chance that nature finds it's way in, that means you may find leaves, sticks, grass, or even an unlucky furry or amphibian critter in the pool, its very rare but it can happen. If you encounter that please let us know and we will send somebody to clean it for you. You can also fish it out yourself using the provided pool equipment and the filtration system will take care of cleaning the water automatically. The heating unit has malfunctioned in the past so there is a small percentage chance the pool may not be heated during your stay.
On the rare occasion that any of these problems occur please let us know and we will send a tech to fix them as soon as possible.
House rules:
We really don’t want to charge you any fees, so please follow these rules and checkout on time. In our experience 99.999% of guest are wonderful, (just like you I assume!) These fines are for the very small fraction of folks who don't respect the rules.
Checkout
Late checkout after the time on your reservation will result in a $500 fee unless late checkout is authorized in writing at least 24 hours before the checkout time. We need to do this to make sure we have time to clean for you and the next guest.
If you checkout over 1 hour late you will also be charged our default undiscounted day rate ($1000) as a late checkout fee. Please note that does not grant you an extra day of occupancy, this is just an extra late checkout fee.
Guests
The maximum number of guests allowed during a stay is the number on your reservation. You are required to inform us of how many guests will be staying during your visit when you book.
Must be 25 and up to rent. For security purposes, please upload a copy of your photo ID, and a list of all guest full names and ages within 72 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.
No parties or events may take place on the property.
If you throw a party by having more than the number of guests on the reservation visit the listing we will cancel your reservation, call the police to evict you, and charge you an extra guest fee of $500 for each additional person you allowed to enter the building (the driveway entrance is monitored by a video camera 24/7 for your security). You will also be charged an additional fee of at least $1500 to cover the cleaning needed after a party. We have only had this problem once but it made us put this policy in place, so please do NOT book our place to throw a party and you won't need to worry about this!
Smoking
Please note our home is a smoke free property. Failure to comply will result in a $250 fine for each room you smoke in based on what the cleaning person smells and needs to deodorize (this can add up very quickly), please never smoke in the house.
Noise
Please avoid excessive noise so as not to disturb the neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10pm-6am. Please be respectful of quiet hours so everybody can enjoy a good night!
Eating Areas
Guests may eat in the kitchen, dining room, living room, and decks. There is no food or drink allowed in the hot tub or pool, including champagne or other alcohol. Food or drink in the hot tub or pool can result in severe damage to the filtration system. If this happens you will be fined $500 in addition to the cost to repair the damage and refill the water.
