Positive: 1. Excellent location 2. The apartment complex really does have a lot of good things: 2 swimming pools, a gym. 3. Very safe. Not only in the complex, but also on the beach. If you're alone, you can leave your belongings and go swimming without worry — no one will touch them. 4. As of February 2026, even though it's supposedly high season, there aren't many people in Jomtien. 5. A long, deserted beach. Virtually no people. The water is a bit murky, the sand isn't particularly fine, but everything is clean and pleasant. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Not island-level, but beautiful. 6. A good side view of the sea from the balcony (in my apartment) 7. There are many complimentary accessories in the apartment. Actually, many are either unnecessary or too cheap to be convenient to use, but there are also very important ones: a supply of bottled water for the entire stay, trash bags, kitchen scissors, and simply useful items: cotton swabs in the bathroom, a disposable razor, wet wipes. 8. The apartment designer definitely earned their keep. It's all quite worn down now, but the concept was excellent. 9. The split-system air conditioner worked perfectly.

Negative: 1. The host. When I was reading reviews while preparing for the trip, they were all enthusiastic. Hospitable, kind, super helpful, always in touch. I disagree. There is a Russian idiom about such people: "softly he makes his bed, but hard it is to sleep on" (Velvet paws, but sharp claws). As is known, if they call you "friend", they want to deceive you, and if they call you "brother", they have already deceived you. He talked a lot — yes, smiled a lot — yes, praised the unshakable friendship between Russia and Thailand — yes, swore that he lives for the comfort of his guests — yes. Did he keep a single one of his promises, did he provide any real help when needed — no, not once. Specific examples below. 2.. Very, very inconvenient check-in. Nothing was thought through. 1) This is a huge apartment complex, there are many lobbies (A, B, C), and they are very difficult to find. The address on booking.com is formally correct, but wrong for organizing a transfer. The name written there, no one understands; the correct name of the complex is Lumpini Park Beach Jomtien. That is, there is no exact address, there is the address of the complex, and it's impossible to find the specific building entrance on the map. The owner wrote that check-in is in lobby A. My transfer driver couldn't find this building and entrance and just dumped me in the middle of this huge complex, with the words "Here, lobby A", but it was not "A" and not a lobby at all. The driver's negligence is not the owner's fault; the owner's fault is poor check-in management. Instead of meaningless promotional photos on WhatsApp, he should have sent one photo of the specific lobby (see attached photo) that could be shown to the driver, and instead of the vague address on Booking, the proper name of the complex. 2) So, when I asked for check-in instructions the day before the trip, the owner wrote that check-in is in lobby A.
