Positive: Clean, quiet location. Letta is the perefect host and takes great care of her property and her guests.

Negative: Personally I would have benefitted from a handrail down the entrance steps (I'm 82 years) but otherwise there was nothing not to like.

Summary: Great place for a relaxing, quiet stay.
