It is constituted of two separate independent apartments in two floors, 90m2 and 70m2 respectively, which is ideal to accommodate couples or families up to 8 people. There are two bedrooms per floor (a double bed and 2 single ones respectively), one bathroom in every floor, fully equipped kitchens in both floors as well as cosy living rooms with a fire place. Both floors have an astonished view to Koundouros bay and Aegean sea.
The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden, offering various covered up areas with comfortable outdoor furniture. There is also a stone bbq.
