On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room, a small work nook, a 55” flat screen TV and plush, and comfortable sofas. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need, whether you choose to dine al fresco or in the gorgeous 8-seater dining room indoors. Our two large outdoor BBQ pits are the perfect places to grill and feast! There is master bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed, 32” TV, and en-suite designer bathroom. A second bedroom is situated nearby with 2 twin beds and en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms: another master and 2 bedrooms furnished with 2 twin beds each. When you are relaxing by the pool, the kids can enjoy the playground, play cards or board games, or go head-to-head at the ping pong table, or play basketball with the portable hoop.

Two separate living quarters flank the stunning centerpiece of the villa: a completely unique open-plan kitchen/living room/dining room designed to maximize indoor/outdoor living. Wide floor-to-ceiling glass doors gently usher in the fresh sea breeze and lead out to the dazzling heated pool. Natural light floods into the space through the astonishing retractable glass ceiling, and just down the hill the sparkling waters of Agios Spyridonas beckon.
The spacious bedrooms and baths in each wing are impeccably appointed with soft luxurious fabrics and calming neutral tones for maximum relaxation. Each wing features a master suite with double beds and patios equipped with outdoor furniture. The remaining 3 bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each. For the children, we have a separate Playroom with toys, flat screen TV, PlayStation console, and a Sofa Bed to occupy 1.
Outside, enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi for all-day lounging; the meticulously landscaped grounds; or our al fresco dining area while gazing upon the wild beauty of Greece’s terrain and the spectacular deep blue colors of the Ionian Sea.
