Mulberry villa is a large 170 sq.m. modern villa located in Tsesmes, near the famous Platanes tourist area, has an excellent view to the sea and the countryside, and an unforgettable sunset view. It can host up to 9 guests in its 4 bedrooms.The villa in the middle of a beautiful garden that is completely fenced.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and one more with twin beds which share a bath/wc and a shower room. One of the double bedrooms and the twin have patio doors to the pool and terraces via a small balcony. The other double bedroom has patio doors out to a private balcony overlooking the garden. The fourth large twin bedroom with en suite shower room can be found on the lower ground floor, accessed via an exterior staircase.
A folding bed can be added to one of the bedrooms for an extra person.
The living area is very big and has all the modern facilities, two sofas, and an armchair, a large dining table, a fireplace, and a satellite TV set. It is full of light, is connected via patio doors to a large, shaded balcony with stunning sea and countryside views.In the same level there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen.
