Villa Artemide covers 220 square meters in a traditional Greek stone building, on its interiors is a mix of elegance and tradition in order to offer the most exclusive and relaxing vacation, guests will enjoy the spacious and very bright living area with large windows facing the sea, it is equipped with elegant sofas, fire place and TV, there is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen as well and guest WC, on the upper floor which feature a master double bedroom with private bathroom and second twin bedroom as well with ensuite bathroom, both rooms have access to a common terrace which takes also to the first guest house, it can be also reached from the pool area, here there is a double bedroom with private bathroom. Still from the pool area guest have access to the two other additional independent double bedrooms each with its own bathroom.

Rental rules:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

No parties with exterior visitors allowed
No loud music, outside the predetermined hours of public quiet, by local authorities
No smoking allowed inside the property
Security / Damage Deposit: 800 €
The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable state.
The villa's manager/owner reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
Included in the rental price: daily maid service, and change of linen twice weekly.
