The villa lays on 2 floors. It has 2 Double Bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds. There is a large friendly dining and lounge area along with the open layout kitchen and a cozy living room. On the first floor there is a Double Suite with a queen size bed. There is one large bathroom on each floor.

Nea Makri belongs to the municipality of Marathon, and is a seaside suburb of Athens.
It is located between mount Pentelikon, famous for its marble used to build the Acropolis and home to the god of grape harvest, ritual madness and theatre Dionysos, and the South Evian sea with its blessed picturesque seafront where the legendary Battle of Marathon between Athenians and Persians took place.
