This brand new villa is built and furnished to a very high standard and can accommodate 8/9 guests in bright and air conditioned interiors. The vast master suite occupies the whole of the first floor and includes a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, the wall to wall glass windows provide you with beautiful views from both the large bed or the Jacuzzi bathtub. There are 3 further double bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 x double bed with en-suite shower room and 2 x 2 single beds that share a family bathroom with bath/shower. A small studio by the pool with a single bed can be organised (on request only and at a surcharge) to accommodate a member of staff. i.e. a nanny, driver or cook. The spacious living area with it's fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area is on a slightly lower level and has wall to wall glass doors which open out onto a beautiful stone patio/veranda with a pergola for shade. The large infinity style swimming pool is also set in stone and equipped with sun loungers/parasol and outdoor shower room, to the side of the pool is an undercover built-in barbecue and kitchen area which is ideal for waterside dining and evenings spent watching the sunset over the prestigious yachts in the marina. For many, this idyllic haven is the formula for a perfect holiday whilst others also enjoy the easy access to Gouvia Village (5 minutes) with its choice of International Restaurants and cafe/bars or to the Historical Town of Corfu (10 minutes).
