Positive: Spacious room with nice view. Most of the stuff you need in the kitchen is provided. If the below issues had been addressed from the beginning in a more hospitable way the rating wouldn't be as low.

Negative: Owners were not easy to reach the day of arrival for directions. We called 4 times till they picked up during an entire hour of trying. The house is not easy to find as the Google map is not accurate. Once we got in and tried to shower the water was running only boiling hot. The owner said over the phone that it's s due to the heatwave and the area's water supply system and the solution they provided initially was to SHOWER OUTSIDE BY THE TREE WITH THE HOSE stating it's not their fault. Note that we were traveling with a six year old... We said that if they cannot provide usable running water as a basic facility we will ask for a refund and go elsewhere. First response over the phone was that they can't refund cause they pay Booking.com fees.... Once my husband went outside furious by her response the owner's husband appears without introducing himself at first as if he was a neighbour. We figured out he was the husband to whom we were talking previously on the phone and explained the situation And most importantly the unacceptable response, he tried to find a solution by using their alternative water tank. SUDDENLY a solution was found.. The living room has AC but the bedroom had a semi functional loud fan so sleeping during a heatwave was an issue the first days. Coffee machine in the photos was provided only after we asked. Electric Kettle was full of scaling as if never cleaned. Stove is very old and the oven fan was a bit loose so I didn't use it only stove tops. Side note : the owners stayed nextdoor so the MUST have known all of these issues. Hope they take notes ant the next one who books the place won't have the same experience.
