Fully renovated and tastefully decorated lakeside cottage with total privacy with amazing waterviews. Watch the wildlife during the day or the magical sunsets at night regardless of the weather forecast as you can curl up with your favorite book beside the fire or catch up on your favorite tv shows from the comfort of your bed both bedrooms have there own tvs with unlimited wi fi. Also a lovely aromatherapy spa, no harsh chemicals amd plenty of jets to relax and unwind hot in winter or cool off in summer. The property is fully fenced with saftey gates on both sides to the waterfront we have a small fenced open deck and a 25sq metre fully enclosed conservertory sitting on the waterfront. Your fur babies have room to move as it has a good sized yard. Double carport with also parking bays across the road we are a back section with long skinny driveway there is turning around room but can be a little tricky to navigate in larger vehicles. We think this spot is pretty special and hope you will aswell and enjoy the beautiful surrounds that South Yunderup has to offer walks. fishing. crabbing. a stones through to a great waterfront bar and resturant. There is also a 2 man canoe with a small trailer so you can walk it down to the river if you wanted to explore the sights by water please let us know when booking if you would like the use of this as life jackets and oars are locked away when not in use. . Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine, mints and cookies on arrival We also have a selection of wines, snacks, chocolates for you to purchase should you get a craving and get caught short. The property is also equipped with everything you need to pack a picnic and spend the day at the river, even a tarp for the back of your car for the dogs on the way home...also provided is dog shampoo and towels, but if you really want to give your fur baby a treat I can highly recommend a groomer in Mandurah so you could drop you pooch off for a pamper whilst your browsing around town.
