The space...Please note: you will be sharing with up to 2 other guests who may be renting our upstairs penthouse and us (the homeowners).
You will be pleasantly surprised when you arrive and realize that you will be staying in the most prestigious and safest community in downtown Cabo San Lucas. The only community within walking distance to downtown and the marina with private security 24/7. Your room is on our lower level. You have a stairway that goes up to the top pool level.

We also rent a Penthouse/Casita on our top level so you MAY be sharing our private pool with a maximum of two other guests. The pool area for lower level guests closes at 9:00pm
