Αποτελείται από ισόγειο και πρώτο όροφο , μία σκάλα από γρανίτη μας οδηγεί στο πρώτο 1º όροφο ο οποίος διαθέτει τρία (3) υπνοδωμάτια και δύο (2) μπάνια . Στο ένα μπάνιο υπάρχει υδρομασάζ. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν πρόσβαση σε βεράντες με θέα το πανέμορφο και καταπράσινο Κερκυραϊκό περιβάλλον. Ο πρώτος όροφος με τις κρεβατοκάμαρες είναι 100 τμ .
Το ισόγειο αποτελείται από μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, πλυντήριο πιάτων ηλεκτρική κουζίνα , ψυγείο ) με άνετη τραπεζαρία κουζίνας , και τζάκι. Επίσης στο ισόγειο υπάρχει άλλη μία μεγάλη τραπεζαρία και ένα άνετο σαλόνι με τζάκι, και ένα πιάνο για τους λάτρεις της μουσικής, υπάρχει επίσης ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και wc. Απέχει 14 κm. από την πόλη της Κέρκυρας ( 20 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο).
Οι παραλίες της Ανατολικής ακτής (Δασιά – ύψος –Μπαρμπάτι ) είναι σε κοντινή απόσταση (4 έως 6 κm. ) και η Δυτική ακτή απέχει μόλις μισή ώρα με το αυτοκίνητο (Παλαιοκαστρίτσα).
