Beautiful private Villa located on the 5th fairway of Palmilla's ocean course. Very nice ocean views from the main home and master bedroom. Pool, golf green, mountain views from the back of the home and entertaining area. This villa is fully equipped. Large pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ and entertaining area is private with mature gardens. Great for relaxing and enjoying the day poolside. Gas fire pit towards the front of the home offers ocean views, very nice at sunset. The Villa is very clean and luxurious with high end finishings. Furnishings are clean and comfortable. Master bedroom is very large with a TV room, automatic blinds and private terrace. The 2nd Master is very roomy with a large en suite.
