The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds) two full bathrooms with shower cabin and bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area (with 2 sofas which one of them can be transformed into double bed) and two armchairs, offering access to a great private balcony with lawn garden, trees and herbs and a shaded dining area overlooking at the sea. Additionally, the apartment complex has 3 shared but spacious swimming pools of about 700sqm in total and depth from 1.40 to 1.60 m , with a shallow compartment of 0.5-0.6, made especially for children, with pleasant surroundings, including sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.
