Summary: Hotel stay was amazing, it’s a small hotel so perfect for privacy and located in a very quiet area which we wanted. However on our arrival day, we noticed that our private hot tub wasn’t working. We informed the staff and they reassured us it would be fixed within 2-3 days. Unfortunately it never got fixed during our seven-night stay… we went to see the staff every day to enquire but we never got a clear answer. It was very disappointing as we paid extra for having a private hot tub, which never properly worked and we never got any form of compensation (free drinks etc.). Appart from this issue, we had an amazing stay. The hotel is very clean and really enjoyable.
