On this level is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio doors leading out to the balcony. Another family bathroom is on the ground level. Internal staircase leads up to the 2nd floor with 2 double bedrooms. One bedroom has en suite shower room and the other one is next to a family bathroom.
