The apartment is only a few minutes away from the nearest beach, ATM, grocery store, mini market, bus station and main road to Athens. It is very quiet and with private sheltered parking. There are balconies for 360 views. The kitchen is newly fitted with a ceramic stove and an oven. The fridge has a different motor for the fridge and the freezer. It is very near to everything a family can need. Our corner shop stays open until 11:00 pm and it sells prety much everything. Themaster bedroom has a en-suite bath and all the rooms share another 2 bathrooms. There is a big sofa and an ecological fire-place that makes it ideal for winter breaks as well. Porto Cheli is only 6km away and Spetses from Kosta only 5 minutes by boat. Another interesting place to visit is the Katafiki Ravine (Ermioni), the Frachthi Cave (Koilada), and the gorgeus ancient theatre of Epidavros (only a mere 40km from our appartment). The most amazing thing of the house is the magic of light that illuminates during the day our apartment.
