Located just before the village of Stamnoi in Heraklion, Crete, the villa is only a 15-kilometer drive from Heraklion Airport, 600 meters from the nearest dining spot, 1,800 meters from the closest bakery, gas station, and mini-market, and just 16 kilometers from the city center.
Points of interest include the Cretaquarium, located 12 kilometers away, and the Palace of Knossos, 18 kilometers away, appealing to both young and old visitors. The beautiful sandy beaches are within a short distance, with the nearest beach being Karteros.
Specifically, the villa is surrounded by pine trees and olive groves and consists of three levels with lawns and a perfect layout. Inside the villa, the main residence features an open-plan area with a living room equipped with a TV connected to free Netflix, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also has a bathroom with a shower. From the center of the ground floor, a spiral staircase leads to the first floor and a small hallway.
