Majestic View Villa III covers 70 m2 and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms and up to 5 if needed. The interior is designed in a minimal, contemporary style and equipped with modern, comfortable furnishings. White is the dominant colour, while touches of black and wood add a special character and give a warm, homey feeling.

Entering Majestic View Villa III on the ground floor, you are greeted by a sunny and airy loft-style area featuring the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The seating area has been fitted out with elegant white furniture and a bluetooth speaker to connect your device and listen to your favourite music as it opens up to the pool terrace, so you can enjoy the unobstructed sea views. Right next to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen with all essentials so you can prepare your meals at ease. Two steps will take you to the first open bedroom offering a 1,60X2,00 bed, vanity and bathroom with shower.
Lower Floor
The lower-level bedroom is completely independent, featuring its own private entrance, and is accessed via an external staircase. It features an open plan space offering a kitchenette with wall wall-mounted kitchen hood, breakfast counter with stools, and washing machine, as well as a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 person. The second bedroom is also located on this level, boasting 2 single beds (0.80 X 2,00) that can also be joined together to form a king bed (1,60 X 2,00) with a top mattress, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with shower room.
