At the heart of the lower floor, the open plan living area is bordered by a well equipped kitchen/diner, a shower room and two en suite bedrooms with stairs leading from the twin bedroom up to the first floor and a further en suite bedroom that enjoys tempting views of the pool and garden from its substantial terrace.
Special mention must be made of the generously sized bathroom off the principal bedroom, which is a classic example of Cretan design featuring tiled floors of eye-catching red, green and white motifs rising up to a domed ceiling and attractively curving shower walls.
Outdoor living comes to the fore as a stable door opens onto the garden area; here you will find a refreshing private pool (with designated children’s section) and various little pathways meandering through the garden of flower beds, palms and shady mature trees.
