On the lower level, the entrance leads into the open-plan living/dining room, enhanced by the sliding windows opening onto the pool terrace. Sliding windows open on to the pool terrace from the bedroom. There is an additional cloakroom with washing machine also leading off from the hallway.
From the living/dining room , an impressive wooden staircase leads to the bright and airy master double bedroom with sliding windows opening on to a large balcony. Fitted wardrobes provide plenty of hanging space and there is an en suite bathroom with bath and hand-held shower.
From the front of Liana Villa you find the wonderful infinity swimming pool which is encompassed on three sides by local stone patios. On one side of the pool sun loungers await to entice you to relax and while away the time. With easy access from the kitchen, a built in barbecue and seating area make al-fresco dining irresistible.
